About Tom Horwitz

Like many entrepreneurs who start their own businesses, I was once someone else’s employee whose job was to make money for someone else’s company. I wanted to be in control of my own practice and focus on the practice area about which I feel most passionate – counseling small businesses. After working with law firms for several years, I became convinced that I could provide quality representation and counseling to small businesses more efficiently if I owned my legal practice by myself.

I was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1993, but since 2010, I have been fulfilling my professional goal of concentrating on providing effective legal counseling, representation, and guidance to small businesses and start-ups. I advise my clients in ways to reduce the risk of costly litigation. I instruct my clients in how to comply with regulations applicable to all businesses as well as regulations specific to their industries. I assist my clients in complex contract preparation and negotiations. I measure my success by my clients’ success.

Entrepreneurs and small businesses do not prosper solely on creative energy. They also need sound and experienced legal advice and guidance. Please call me today for a free legal check-up of your business.
